With over 2 years of experience working alongside chiropractors and an acupuncturist, I have worked with many people pursuing various treatment goals with a medically-centered and intuitive touch. Now, with my own practice incorporating this knowledge and experience, I am excited to continue care with clients who have trusted me over the years, as well as meet new clients who are seeking the right fit for comprehensive bodywork. I am passionate about deepening my understanding of the body and its healing mechanisms through continuous education, while applying what I learn to my daily life and practice.

Weaving Integrative Bodywork, Structural-based, Myofascial and other Deep Tissue techniques with elements of Shiatsu and Swedish Relaxation for a unique experience, each session is tailored to a client’s specific needs and health history; whether it be chronic pain, tension, pre/post-op, postural imbalance, pregnancy/postpartum, or managing stress for optimal immune and nervous system function, I am here to listen. *For those seeking deep work, particularly in their first session, I recommend allowing for extra time in area(s) of focus when choosing treatment length. Fascial restrictions need time to warm and muscles are often most tense in the first session. *
